We operate a triage system for appointment requests from patients. Accurx is our online portal which can be accessed via our website.
You can alternatively only book for nurse or health care assistance via telephone.
Our reception team is available between 08:00 – 18:30 for assistance and if you have difficulties with using Accurx, they can support you.
Please note Accurx is monitored and there is limited capacity on a daily basis and it will be switched off when maximum capacity is reached for the day.

Home visits
Any home visits will be triaged via Accurx or Telephone queries.
Protected Learning Time
From time to time the practice will be closed for training, we will keep you informed via our website.

Booking an Appointment
The NHS App provides a simple and secure way for patients to book GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions and access a range of other healthcare services.
Who is it suitable for?
The NHS App is for people aged 13 and over who are registered with a connected GP surgery. You can use some of the app's features without your GP surgery being connected.
Changing / Cancelling an Appointment
You can also change or cancel appointments by contacting the surgery on 0208 980 1652, or you can use the link sent on your text reminder which you will receive 3 days before your appointment.
